Located at 5,5 km from Downtown, a little before the final bus stop of the buses that make the itinerary Downtown - Vila Velha. Place where the first village of the town was built. Surrounded by condominiums and private properties, it can hardly be seen from the highway. It is not very frequented in spite of its beauty.
